We require our third parties service providers to keep your personal information secure. We do not allow our service providers to use or share your personal information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf. Your personal information may be stored and processed by our service providers in the United States or other locations where the service providers or maintain facilities.

Happy Clean adheres to the seven privacy shield principles of notice, choice, and accountability for onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and recourse, enforcement, and liability as they relate to personal data. Happy Clean verifies compliance with the Principles through self-assessment. The privacy policy covering human resources data can be accessed on our intranet website by all employees.
20) Our COPPA policy towards children
The services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Happy Clean complies with both the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). While children under the age of thirteen (13) may use the Site only with the consent of his or her parent or legal guardian, please be advised that this Site is not directed or otherwise promoted for use by children under the age of thirteen (13).

If you are a Florida resident, you may ask for a list of third parties that have received your information for direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. 22) The Florida Information Protection Act of 2014
The Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 was passed to better protect Floridians’ personal information by ensuring that businesses and government entities take reasonable measures to protect personal information and report data breaches to affected consumers.
23) Floridians Personal Information Protection
While there is no guaranteed way for consumers to guard against a data breach, there are steps they can take to lessen the odds of becoming a breach victim. Create strong passwords by using a combination of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters. Additionally, when asked to choose a security question, choose the question that would be most difficult for someone to guess the answer.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to comply with the Florida Consumer Data Privacy Act (House Bill 963). Passed On January 14th, 2020. We, therefore, will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent
