Happy Clean Happiness Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  1. Guarantee Scope: Our Happiness Guarantee applies to all cleaning services offered by Happy Clean. If you are not entirely satisfied with the cleaning results, we are committed to making it right.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for the re-clean under the Happiness Guarantee, clients must report their dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion. The concern must be related to the quality of cleaning and areas covered under the original service agreement.
  3. Re-Clean Process: Upon receiving a complaint, Happy Clean will schedule a re-clean session at the earliest convenience. This session will specifically target the areas of concern reported by the client.
  4. Limitations: The re-clean service is limited to the areas and tasks originally contracted and does not include additional services. The guarantee does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions that are not addressable through steam cleaning.
  5. Scheduling: The re-clean must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service date and is subject to availability.
  6. Final Resolution: If the re-clean does not meet the client’s expectations, Happy Clean will engage in a review process to address the concerns and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a discount on future services, at the company’s discretion.
  7. Right to Refuse: Happy Clean reserves the right to refuse the re-clean service in cases of unreasonable or repetitive complaints, or if it is deemed that the client is abusing the Happiness Guarantee.
